WordPress Speed Optimization

A slow website costs you visitors, leads, and sales. We find and fix exactly what’s slowing your website down.

What we do when we optimize your site

Every speed optimization covers these core areas. No two sites are identical so the depth of work varies — but nothing gets skipped and every site gets a full benchmark before and after.

Image Optimization

We compress and properly size every image on your site without sacrificing visual quality.

Caching Setup

We configure server and browser caching so returning visitors experience near-instant load times.

Database Cleanup

We remove post revisions, expired transients, and overhead that quietly bloats your database over time.

CSS & JavaScript Minification

We reduce file sizes and eliminate render-blocking scripts that delay your content from appearing.

Plugin Audit

We identify plugins that are slowing your site down, conflicting with each other, or no longer serving a purpose.

Core Web Vitals Review

We address the specific metrics Google uses to evaluate page experience — LCP, FID, and CLS.

CDN & Hosting Review

We assess whether your current hosting and content delivery setup is working for you or against you.

Before & After Benchmarking

We test your site’s performance before we touch anything and again after — so the results are clear.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Request a Free Quote

Tell us about your site. We’ll review it, identify the likely issues, and follow up with a clear scope and price. No obligation.

Step 2

We Benchmark Your Site

Before touching a thing, we run a full performance baseline — load times, PageSpeed scores, and Core Web Vitals across desktop and mobile.

Step 3

We Do the Work

We optimize systematically — images, caching, database, scripts, and plugins — while keeping your live site stable the whole time.

Step 4

Results and Summary

We re-run the same benchmarks, confirm every improvement, and send you a written summary plus recommendations for next steps.

Common Questions

Answers about what’s included, how the process works, and what to expect.

How long does the optimization work take?
Most sites are completed within 3 to 5 business days depending on scope. We will give you a specific timeframe when we review your site.
Will this break my site?
We take precautions before making any changes — including a full backup before we start. In the rare case something does not look right we fix it before anything goes live.
Do you guarantee a specific PageSpeed score?
No — and we will not pretend to. PageSpeed scores are influenced by your hosting environment, theme, and third party scripts that are sometimes outside our control. What we do guarantee is a real, measurable improvement backed by before-and-after data.
Do you work on WooCommerce sites?
Yes — WooCommerce sites are one of our specialties. Cart, checkout, and product pages each get specific attention since they carry the most performance weight.
What if my hosting is the main problem?
We will tell you. If your server is the primary bottleneck we will say so clearly and give you a recommendation rather than take your money for work that will not move the needle enough to matter.
What do you need access to?
For most optimization work we need WordPress admin access and typically FTP or hosting panel access. We will walk you through exactly what we need before we start.
